INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- Registration -
Chrnosect Srl (“Chronosect"), Aware of the importance of protecting the personal data of users of its website (the"Interested"), Informs that personal data collected through the form on the "Registration" page of the site www.chronosect.com ( "Website") will be treated in compliance with the law on the protection of personal data.
With reference to the methods of management and processing of personal data of the Interested parties, pursuant to article 13 Regulation (EU) n. 2016 / 679 (“Rules"), Chronosect provides the following information

Data provided voluntarily by the interested party
When compiling the form present in the "Registration" page of the Website Chronosect collects the following data, as voluntarily entered by the interested party (“Data"): (I) personal data; (Ii) contact details.
- Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The data collected in the "Register ”of the Site will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- execute the registration of the interested party on the site as requested by the interested party. The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is art. 6 par. 1, lett. b) of the Regulation, insofar as it is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the Interested Party is a party;
- to fulfill obligations deriving from the law. The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is art. 6 par. 1, lett. c) of the Regulation, as it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject;
- enforce or defend a right in court Legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is the provisions of the articles 6 par. 1 lett. f) and 9 par. 2 lett. f) of the Regulation, as it is necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in a court of law;
- send promotional material to the interested party through e-mail messages relating to Chronosect services or products similar to those for which registration on the Site is required. Legal basis that legitimizes such processing is art. 6 par. 1, lett. f) of the Regulation, as necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller in the exercise of an economic activity through promotional tools.
- Data retention period
The Data collected following their sending through the section "Register ”of the Site for the purposes set out in points 2.a, 2.be 2.c will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and then immediately canceled, with the exception of those necessary to fulfill legal obligations (for example in tax matters , accounting, administrative) and document the activities performed. In these cases, the Data will be deleted within the terms set forth therein.
The Data collected for the purposes referred to in point 2.d will be kept for a period not exceeding two years from their provision and then immediately canceled.
- Method of treatment
The Data will be processed by electronic means, by the Chronosect personnel expressly authorized for this, will be organized in a data base and will be memorized on supports suitable for their conservation (for example, IT and paper). Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The processing of personal data carried out by Chronosect does not involve automated decision-making processes.
- Provision of Data
The provision of the Data is necessary for the execution of the registration of the user to the Site, as requested by the same, and is therefore mandatory for the purposes referred to in points 2.a, 2.be 2.c of the information: in lack, Chronosect will not be able to proceed with the registration of the user to the Site. The conferment of the Data is, on the other hand, optional for the purpose referred to in paragraph 2.d: in the absence, there will be no consequences for the Interested party.
- Data Communication
The Data may be disclosed to: (I) subjects who are granted the right and the interest to access users' personal data by law or secondary regulations; (Ii) companies, associations or professional offices that provide services and activities on behalf of Chronosect as Data Processor for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as for any organizational and administrative need to provide the requested services (“Officers"). The names of the Managers are shown in an updated list available from Chronosect (to be requested at the addresses indicated in point 9). The data will not be disclosed.
- Data transfer outside the EU or to international organizations
Chronosect does not transfer the Data collected through browsing or using the services on the Site in countries located outside the European Union or in international organizations.
- Interested Rights
Interested parties may at any time exercise the rights provided by the Regulation, including:
- request information on: (I) origin of the Data; (Ii) processing purposes and methods; (Iii) logic applied in case of use of electronic instruments; (Iv) identification details of the data controller and data processors.
- obtain: (I) access, updating, rectification or integration of the Data; (Ii) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Data processed in violation of the law; (Iii) the limitation of data processing; (Iv) the copy of the Data in standard format.
- object, in whole or in part:
- a) for purposes of scientific, historical or statistical research and even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, where such opposition is based on reasons connected to its particular situation;
- b) for the performance of a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public powers vested in the data controller or for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties;
- c) for the purpose of sending promotional and advertising material and direct marketing;
- revoke, at any time, any consent given and on the basis of which the treatment is justified, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the consent given before the revocation.
If they believe that the processing of data violates the law, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which they habitually reside or work or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
