INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Chrnosect Srl (“Chronosect"), Aware of the importance of protecting the personal data of users of its website (the"Interested"), Informs that the personal data collected through the "Contact" form on the website pages www.chronosect.com ( "Website") will be treated in compliance with the law on the protection of personal data. In this regard, Chronosect specifies that the here "Contact"Allows the interested party to request more information from a given advertiser on the Site regarding the advertisement published by the same ("Professional"). The data collected through the here "Contacts"Will be communicated to the recipient by Chronosect in order to allow him to reply to requests.

With reference to the methods of management and processing of personal data of the Interested parties, pursuant to article 13 Regulation (EU) n. 2016 / 679 (“Rules"), Chronosect provides the following information

                        

  1. Types of data collected

Data provided voluntarily by the interested party

When compiling the "Contact" form, Chronosect collects the following data, as voluntarily entered by the interested party (“Data"): (I) personal data; (Ii) contact details; (Iii) additional information regarding the contact request.

 

Interested parties are invited not to enter or send via the "Contact" form (I) personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs and trade union membership; (Ii) genetic, biometric or data relating to the health, sexual life or sexual orientation of the person; (Iii) data relating to criminal offenses or convictions as defined by current legislation. Such data, if provided by the interested parties, will be subject to cancellation.

 

  1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The Data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

1) put the Data Subject in contact with the Professional, so that they, as independent data controllers, can follow up on the request for contact made through the Site. The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is art. 6 par. 1, lett. b) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary for the execution of the service requested by the interested party;

2) fulfill obligations deriving from accounting and tax law. Legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is art. 6 par. 1, lett. c) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject;

3) to assert or defend a right in court. The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is constituted by articles 6 par. 1, lett. fe 9 par. 2 lett. f) of the Regulation as the processing is necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court.

 

  1. Data retention period

The data collected for the purposes referred to in point 2.1 will be kept by Chronosect for the time necessary to transmit the request made by the interested party to the Professional and then immediately deleted. The data collected for the purposes referred to in points 2.2 and 2.3 will be kept to fulfill legal obligations (for example in tax, accounting, administrative matters) and document the activities carried out. In these cases, the Data will be deleted within the terms provided therein.

 

  1. Method of treatment

The Data will be processed by electronic means, by the Chronosect personnel expressly authorized for this, will be organized in a data base and will be memorized on supports suitable for their conservation (for example, IT and paper). Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The processing of personal data carried out by Chronosect does not involve automated decision-making processes.

 

  1. Provision of Data

The provision of data is necessary for the performance of the service requested by the interested party and is therefore mandatory for the purposes set out in paragraph 2: if this is not the case, Chronosect will not be able to fulfill the request for contact of the interested party.

 

  1. Data Communication

The Data may be disclosed to: (I) subjects who are granted the right and the interest to access users' personal data by law or secondary regulations; (Ii) companies, associations or professional offices that provide services and activities on behalf of Chronosect as Data Processor for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as for any organizational and administrative need to provide the requested services (“Officers"). The names of the Managers are shown in an updated list available from Chronosect (to be requested at the addresses indicated in point 9); (Iii) Professional that the interested party wanted to contact through the here "Contact". The data will not be disclosed

 

  1. Data transfer outside the EU or to international organizations

Chronosect does not transfer the Data collected through browsing or using the services on the Site in countries located outside the European Union or in international organizations.

 

  1. Interested Rights

Interested parties may at any time exercise the rights provided by the Regulation, including:

- request information on: (I) origin of the Data; (Ii) processing purposes and methods; (Iii) logic applied in case of use of electronic instruments; (Iv) identification details of the data controller and data processors.

- obtain: (I) access, updating, rectification or integration of the Data; (Ii) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Data processed in violation of the law; (Iii) the limitation of data processing; (Iv) the copy of the Data in standard format.

- object, in whole or in part:

  1. a) for purposes of scientific, historical or statistical research and even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, where such opposition is based on reasons connected to its particular situation;
  2. b) for the performance of a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public powers vested in the data controller or for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties;
  3. c) for the purpose of sending promotional and advertising material and direct marketing;

- revoke, at any time, any consent given and on the basis of which the treatment is justified, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the consent given before the revocation.

If they believe that the processing of data violates the law, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which they habitually reside or work or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
